At Codeshaper we are a team of creatives designers and developers. We provide remote digital services to turn ideas into reality. We also sell ready-made PHP Scripts, Plugins, Themes, and Templates that can use for various purposes. Each item we sell on our website includes a license directly to the buyer or downloader to use that item under the relevant license options.

We have made our licensing policy simple. Please check it below.

License Terms:

Regular License:

• When you purchase an item each time provides you the license to use the Item on a single (personal or business) project. If you want to use it on further projects, you must buy the Item separately every time.
• In the Regular license you are licensed to use the Item to create one single End Product for yourself or for one client (a “single application”). End product is the final website or theme customized with your content.
• You may not offer those items, modified or unmodified, for redistribution or resale. You cannot include the purchased Item with a website offered for sale or distributed for free. (If you or your client want to Sell the End Product, you will need the Extended License.)

Extended License:

• In the Extended license you are licensed to use the Item to create one single End Product for yourself or for one client (a “single application”), and the End Product may be Sold.
• You can Sell and make any number of copies of the single End Product.
• This license is a “single application” license and not a “multi-use” license, which means that you can’t use the Item to create more than one unique End Product.
• The ownership of the Item retains by the Codeshaper but we grant you the license for using the item multiple times or in multiple domains.

Exclusive License:

• Exclusive License contains all the facilities of an Extended License.
• We will provide you full copyright and will take down the item from our website and we will not use it for any other project. An exclusive license allows an item to be used in anywhere and as you want. The item can be offered for resale, resale in any marketplace and distribution is permitted.

Copyright Information:

All themes, templates, contents and code sources on our website are protected by copyright law and international treaties. They may not be copied without the express permission of Codeshaper.

Codeshaper reserves all rights for the material described above. Re-use or re-selling of any of content and scripts for any purpose without our permission is strictly prohibited. Copyright of authors Templates, Scripts, Plugins and Themes belongs to Codeshaper and you may use them within the limits allowed by their license.

Demo Content:

All of the demo content is intended to provide a sample of how a website or CMS could look when implemented. The content itself, including text and images, may not intended to be used by 3rd parties on live websites.

Items on Codeshaper are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products. We also not responsible for any types of data loss, attacks and others.

Codeshaper does not warranty or guarantee these products in any manner. We cannot guarantee they will function with all 3rd party hosting, servers, extensions, components, plug-ins, modules, JavaScript libraries or other products. Browser compatibility should be tested against demonstration Scripts and templates on the demo server. Please ensure that the browsers you use will work with the Scripts as we cannot guarantee that the scripts will work with all browser combination.
