At Codeshaper, we strive to make our customers satisfied with the products they’ve purchased from us. If you're having trouble with our product, service or believe it is defective, and/or you’re feeling frustrated, then please contact with us to report your defective product and our team will assist you as soon as possible. For a damaged extension or template, we will request from you a link and/or a screenshot of the issue to be sent to our support service.
No returns / refunds will be offered for digital products except if the product you’ve purchased is:
- Completely non-functional.
- And/or product or service main description was fully misleading.
- And you’ve asked a support but you didn't get any respond in 72h (3 business days only).
We also reserve the right to refuse a refund in following situations:
- It has expired more than a 3 days after purchase and you even didn't contact with us at least one time with a real issue.
- You have changed your mind about a product.
- Promotional Item / Discount Item / Bundle Offer items are non-refundable.
- You bought an item by mistake and the item(s) was sent/already downloaded by you.
- The item was bought by your employee or friends from your account which he/she had legal access.
- You refused provide to our support staff access to your your website or cPanel access to investigate our product you are having issue with
Codeshaper offers a full or partial refund within 7 business days starting from the moment when the member makes the payment. In this case Codeshaper has the right to ask questions for the refund and also we have the right to NOT offer the refund if we see reasonable.
Please also note that:
- Refunds can take up to 14 business days to reflect in your account.
- We normally charge 10% as Refund Processing fee.
- You can cancel your account at any time; however, there are no refunds for cancellation.
- You will be unable to download or use item when you claim for refund.
