All the Codeshaper items should be designed to be compatible with the latest available technology, but we cannot guarantee about the older items. We check all Scripts, plugin and template before final publishing but we cannot give you full warranty of their proper work.

Modifications:

Users are allowed to modify any of the published items on Codeshaper according to their requirements. However, please note that before you modify, check the induced documentation (if available) and ask on the respective support forum if there is an easier and better way to achieve what you want to do. For license related information, please check our License Policy. Remmember, we dont provide any support when its modified by you or your developer.

Unauthorized/Illegal Usage:

You may not use the items on Codeshaper for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the platform, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws) as well as the laws of European Union and International law. In particular, it is prohibited to use the items on our platform for pages that promote: violence, terrorism, hard pornography, racism, vulgarity content or warez software links.

You cannot to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Codeshaper, use of the offered on Codeshaper items, or access to the service without the express written permission by Codeshaper or product owner.

Codeshaper Members are responsible for all content posted on the forum and activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the possibility of blocking your membership account immediately if we will know about such a not permitted behavior.

If you create an account on the Codeshaper website, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account and any other actions taken in connection with the account. You must immediately notify Codeshaper of any unauthorized uses of your account or any other breaches of security.

Support:

Once you have purchase and downloaded a product, you may contact for support with codeshaper support team. We provide Free Installation support when you have Cpanel Based server. Remember, we normally answer within 06-24 hours. Usually, we do not have any restrictions on your products and services any one from any location can get our support.

Ownership:

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of the items offered on Codeshaper, modified or unmodified. Products are property of the respective Scripts, themes, template or plugin developers. Their products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use their products.

Intellectual Property:

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by Codeshaper team), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Codeshaper and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other law rules. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Codeshaper.

Our Service may contain links to third party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Codeshaper. Codeshaper has also no control over, and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. We do not warrant the offerings of any of these entities/individuals or their websites.

Termination:

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Exclusions:
